
This is what the snowflakes looked like before blocking them. I pinned them to the carpet and spray them with laundry starch to make them stiffer and give them a better shape.

The garland! I really couldn't decide where to put it. I was gonna have it in my bedroom but the colour didn't really "go" so decided to put it up in my little living room in the bay window. (Horrible photo I know!)

Your snowflakes are excellent! May I ask which yarn you used? I think it is a perfect choice for snowflakes.
Do you know it was a nice change to see snowflakes another colour apart from white. This gives them an icy feeling!
